In effort to encourage volunteers to participate in fundraising activities for Squash Manitoba, the Volunteer Participation Initiative (V.P.I.) has been implemented by the Board.

A Credit is a unit of volunteer time recognized by Squash Manitoba.  Credits for obtaining coaching or refereeing certification and other related volunteer activities are earned as follows:
1.      Obtaining NCCP Coaching Certification       =               3 credits for each level ($225)
2.      Obtaining Refereeing Certification    =                           3 credits for initial certification ($225)
3.      Obtaining Online Club Refereeing Certification  =       1 credit for initial certification ($75)
4.      Other volunteer contribution              =                          at the discretion of the Squash Manitoba Board

One (1) VPI Credit is worth $75
