Junior Programs

Squash Manitoba offers a variety of junior squash programs throughout Winnipeg designed to introduce young athletes to the sport, develop fundamental skills, and create lifelong participation opportunities.

Programs are available for all ages and skill levels, from complete beginners to high-performance provincial athletes. Junior programming focuses on: Fundamental movement and racquet skills
Game strategy and technical development
Fitness and athletic development
Sportsmanship and teamwork
Building confidence both on and off the court

Programs are offered through clubs, schools, community partnerships, and the new University of Manitoba squash courts, helping increase access to the sport across the city.

For those interested in recreational play, programs emphasize fun, fitness, and social connection while promoting squash as a sport for life.
