Tournament Information:
1 event is $95 plus GST
2 events is $110 plus GST
Methods of payment include: Club Locker via Stripe, WWC and WSRC member acc, credit and debit card. Must pay before first match.
Can not register for 2 different skill divisions. May register for Doubles & Singles or Juniors and Singles/Doubles. It is responsibility of the player to the tournament organizer to manage both divisions. If there is a conflict between the two, the player must recognize the conflict and either contact their opponent to reschedule to an empty court time or forfeit the match.
Both players are expected to Ref the match following their own.
Out of town players must be expected to play Friday at 4:00pm and if in 2 events, Thursday at 4:00pm. Local Players are expected to play as early as Monday 4:00pm.
Doubles Draws will ref themselves and record scores on draw sheet. Draws will be updated at end of the night into Club Locker.
Time constraints and special requests may be considered but are not guaranteed. Please inform Thomas King via email ahead of time for consideration.
Included in Registration fee, Tournament Shirt, Prize for winners, Sunday Brunch Buffet."
